In 2022, we partnered with MicroHabitat to bring an urban farm to the rooftop of our Headquarters in Toronto. Our employees volunteer to tend to the farm, growing vegetables, herbs and flowers in an environmentally responsible way that contributes to sustainable development by reducing our environmental footprint and supporting local biodiversity.
In 2024, 500 edible plants flourished in our urban farm, providing nourishment and refuge to local wildlife. These flowering plants serve as vital resources for pollinators and other beneficial insects, supporting local biodiversity.
300 lbs of fresh vegetables, edible flowers, and herbs were harvested from our urban farm for the 2024 season. This yield contributed to supporting local food access and fostering community well-being by donating to nearby community organizations.
We’re looking forward to a bountiful 2025 season.
